Frequently asked questions
Is there a trial for paid plans?
Yes. Team and Business are available for 14 days free of charge for up to 10 seats. Leave a request and we will activate the trial within one business day.
How do you count seats?
A seat is a human member of the workspace. Service accounts and CI tokens with read-only scope are free and do not take seats.
Which documents do you provide?
A service contract, invoices and closing documents (acts / UPD). Electronic document flow (EDO) is supported.
What happens if we exceed the storage limit?
Uploads keep working and the excess is billed at the add-on rate. You can set a hard cap in workspace settings to block uploads instead.
